My family and I found the Crowne Plaza to be a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and a great value. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone or with a family. We also found Hartford to be a fun city and a must for anyone who enjoys history.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for business purposes. It is a typical mediocre city hotel. The prices for room service are outrageuos, I would recommend the breakfast buffet, which is worth the price. The staff is friendly and helpful. They just upgraded their beds last year and added some nice amenities in the rooms to help you sleep better.
