No air conditioning. Loud road noise from Interstate 70. Not a place to stay if you are a light sleeper- at least not in summer.

Really enjoyed the stay...the room was nice in the Evergreen Building. Nice streamside hot tub...and away from the construction of the Vail village on the West side of town. . So it was nice and quiet. The only thing that was sub-great was the pool. Very cold.. and was kind of in a block house with windows.

The rooms were very comfortable, Kitchen was a little small but fine for one person at a time. Facilities are well maintained. We are going back in December to ski.
