arrogant staff,no frig as promised,internet suks,phone in room didn,t work.get me outta here!I am no first timer to hotel rooms.my work puts me in hotels 60 to 75 % of the year.i am not given to even respond to these sort of reviews but felt compelled in this situation.dont want money back, just want to go

My stay at the Outlook Hotel was fantastic! The customer service was very friendly and the amenities were well worth the stay value. The indoor pool and bouldering rock were fun for my kids and the room was very nice! The only down side I found was it was not as close to downtown Boulder as I would have liked, but I definitely would recommend the Boulder Outlook Hotel to anyone staying in the Boulder Area.

Maybe not the WORST but close to it. Loud outside noise -- next to university apartments. Outside doors, access difficult, couldn't find an elevator to easily get luggage upstairs, maybe a four-inch mattress. Checked out as soon as we could.

Sounds like the the person that wrote about bed bugs here was really just trying to give the Outlook a bad rep after smoking in a room that was not a smoking one and then was charged for doing something they knew was against policy. It is my understanding that the entire hotel is non-smoking and has been for several years. The Outlook is one of the best value places around, so don't believe everything you read on this site.

I stayed at the Boulder Outlook over labor day weekend. I woke up with itchy legs and bite marks on me. I got to looking around and the behind/around the head board I found numerous large bed bugs.
I also was charged 250 dollars extra for smoking in a room that was not clearly identified as a non-smoking room when other rooms had no smoking signs ...

We liked the environmental sensitivity. We shopped for value, and it fit the bill. Bonus to walk the campus. Always nice to have a place with breakfast, and it was clear people were taking advantage of that
