Still a great location, but upkeep, maintenance not up to our past experiences. Broken blinds, particle board furniture, poor receptionist response, no TV remote, poor bedding, lack of chairs. They are renting to large groups of college students, a sign of problems renting units. Be Careful!

this is my christmas tradition and i love how roomy the places are, the hot tub, and how close it is to the mountain. the people i meet every year are awesome and i love being able to walk everywhere, as well as being a quick shuttle ride away from town.

I have stayed at The Phoenix every Fourth of July since I was born. My dad's whole softball team stayed at The Phoenix every year that's how awesome it is. Everything, service, the condos, the pool (even though it should stay open later) everything is top notch. It's my favorite place in the world. We are actually staying there in 2 weeks for my birthday!

Very nicely located near the slopes. We could ski to within 50 yds of our condo. Nicely furnished, short walk to the Gondola. Easy shuttlebus transportation to town. Nice outdoor heated community pool. The little club house offered computers for internet correspondence. A very place.

The first time in Steamboat it was in a hotel but now we stay in these Condos! Its Awesome!!!! I really dont know what i dont like about it . Maybe not close up the poll and spa so early:). No offence.
