The bed was totally unusable. I still have a sore back from my stay a month later. We actually had to end up sleeping on the floor. Other guests had agreed. Not enough elevators.
Excellent location with ski in ski out. Shuttles to downtown very convenient.

We had the best honeymoon at Beaver Run. The rooms were very nice. It was beautiful. It was nice to walk out the doors and have the ski lift right there. I would recommend Beaver Run to anyone.

I have been going to the Beaver Run for years and in the past few years they have made hundreds of improvements, the staff is so friendly from making reservations to check out. I will go back every ski season!!

The location of our condo in Beaver Run was great. To be able to stay slopeside is wonderfully convenient. The condo we stayed was decent, but the living room furniture was falling apart and there was no place to take trash. Housekeeping came once during our 5 day stay. Often there was no hot water after 6:30 or 7p.m.
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was clean and seemed newer than the rest of the furnishings.

Location, location, location.
If you want to the best skiers site in Breck, then Beaver Run is it. Excellent, ski in/ski out, 50m above a super chair.
Also, multiple bus lines right from front door to all of Breck, simply an excellent location.
Bed was a bit hard for me, but over all... way above average stay.
