We went to San Diego for our SeaWorld adventure and chose this hotel as it's quite near. Unfortunately, the service was horrible, the clerks are arrogant and unhelpful. The room is old but I guess I had my money's worth. Should we ever go back to San Diego, I will NEVER use this hotel again!!!
