Not HappyWe booked this hotel, without seeing it. This was a mistake. The front desk person's english was terrible.
The outside of the hotel needed pant, the elevator was small, and did not functon correctly.

One Problem After AnotherJust having them honor the reservation for the type room reserved needed resolving, after which we found the room not cleaned after the last night's guests - it was 4:30 pm. Other problems included too few TV stations - none at all for small children, and a jacuzzi that didn't always work - and then only kinda.
