I haven't one negative thing to say about The Mandarin Oriental.The rooms are beautiful,the staff is very friendly and will help you with anything.
The location is wonderful.You can walk to Union Square and The Ferry Building.The view from my room was outstanding.

i like the scenery around it and all the furniture including the decoration.the services were excelent.you should maintain the services and i think i will come again soon.on behalf of all the people,please decrease a little bit of the renting price.

I always stay at the Mandarin Oriental. It is very comfortable and boasts a staff which is extremely accomodating. In the winter, San Francisco tradition is to outline many of the downtown buildings in white lights, so stay on an upper floor and you will be enchanted by the evening view

The Mandarin was incredible. We were on the 44th floor and had a panoramic view of all of San Fran including the Golden Gate bridge and Alcatraz. The service was excellent, I asked for a coffee pot to be brought to the room and almost as soon as I had hung up, the doorbell rang and there was an entire coffee service. Great location. Friendly staff more than happy to go out of their way to make you welcomed. The views were amazing over the city. Close to site seeing.

Quite, refined and colorful. A good place for a quiet business meeting and the perfect place to turn business into pleasure. Service is similarly quiet and unobtrusive yet very accommodating. Nice touches to the rooms, like rose petals on the pillows, help ignite a romantic flame.

The views are beyond compare and the service is exceeds the Ritz Carlton. The Asian flair is alluring and comforting. Nice Linens and spacious bathrooms. A truly relaxing place to stay.
