After changing rooms three times in a three day stay I can assure you all, that this place is in dire need of a total renovation and front desk re-staffing. Our first room was a handicapped room with a king bed non smoking but no air conditioning and no closet. There were hooks on a wall three feet above the floor to hang your clothes. The ...

This expensive hotel has no such thing as service. After driving from San Francisco for 5 hours with my family, had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes. We arrived half an hour late after the check in time, still the room was not available. -No drinking water in the room. Horrible service

Me and my wife checked in to this hotel for a 2 night stay in which we were going to tour universal studios. For the price that they charge one would expect good service at the least. Service, however, is not a considered a priority as far as this hotel is concerned. I should have known better when the receptionist (both at the front desk and the ...

Go to the Hilton instead
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/20/06
For what I paid for this hotel, I expected a clean and well kept experience. What I got was an expensive hotel that was not well kept(ie. damage to carpeting, wall paper peeling, dirty fixtures). The Hilton next door was beautiful for less money! Also, the buffet breakfast was $16.00 per person! Like most visiting Universal Studios, I have 2 small children who eat very, very little and paying that much for what they eat is ridiculous.
We usually stay at the Hilton next door, but tried the Sheraton. When we checked in, we were given a very small room. It was awful! We had to call the front ...
Regard the title of this review. I stayed there last night on 7/5/05 and was not able to sleep AT ALL. Not even 5 minutes' worth. There is noise from the freeway, people coming in drunk at 2 am from the Universal Citiwalk up the street, rattling from the elevators, hotel staff walking the halls making noise at all hours, and people waking up ...

After attempting to stay at the Quality Inn in Little Toyko(which is the worse hotel I have ever been to) This hotel was a huge upgrade. The night we stayed there was a graduation and a high school reunion. The staff was Very nice and helpful. The elevators were a little snug and kinda slow but there were allot of people. The rooms were amazing. ...
