Staff is very rude and unwilling to help. The rooms are not that nice. Forced Valet parking so plan on spending an extra $20 a night. Car was dented and the staff said they didn't do it. Something was set on the roof during the stay and scratched it. I used to detail cars and pay very close ...

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel last week. It was really nice. Staff was excellent. Resturant and room service were excellent. My only complaint is the workout facilities was meger. Such a nice hotel should have had better excerise facilities.

Although I am a native of Walnut Creek, I moved away several years ago. My stay at the Marriott was wonderful The hotel is conveniently located. The staff are attentive and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had just enough space.

The location was very convenient for out-of-towners (easy freeway access off 680) and the valet parking was outstanding.
