I have heard your service and communication is severely lacking. You need to watch which guests you provide poor service to. Double charges, room given away even with notification of late arrival and prepay for room.

Good location for visiting the sights of San Diego, rooms a bit on the small side but since you do not spend much time in your room, as you will be out taking in the sights and sounds of San Diego it was quite okay. Only drawback the freeway is right on your doorstep and can be very loud at times.
