Stay at the Red Roof Inn Ontario at your Own Risk

This is one of those "last option"-type hotels, you know, the type of hotel you do not stay at unless all other hotels are fully booked and you have no nearby friends or family.
Cons: 1. Directly adjacent to a train track: which means that every 10-15 minutes you hear the horns of the train and the sound of the tracks. IT WILL DRIVE ...
Trains going by every so often were loud. We were on the railroad (south) side of the property. Keys did not work the first time and had to go back to the desk. No 'sorry' or anything, just 'Hope it works for you now!'. No iron / board or hairdryer in room. They had one of each at the front desk though. Juice machine broken for breakfast.
What they don't mention is that the hotel borders a railroad track and a large intersection. Trains go by about twice an hour, 24 hours a day, and feel the need to sound their horn as they approach and pass through the intersection. LOUD! Seems like the train is in your room. Perhaps the street side is a little better than the track side. I will not go back.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Shuttle to rental car return and airport was first class. Was very satisfied and made an early flight no problem.
