Did not get room "promised". Food poor. Desk help snarly! IT WAS LIKE LIVE IN THE PAST WHERE IT MEETS THE PRESENT. THE RESTAURANT FOOD WAS GREAT.
THE LUNCH HOSTESS LOOKED LIKE SHE HAD BEEN THERE FOR YEARS.

This may have been a nice place to stay generations ago, but it is just plain terrible now. The rooms are sterile and out of date, I have seen nicer bathrooms at the YMCA. The freeway noise is terrible, don't waste your money here.

they use tempurpedic. The hotel was nice but noisy by the freeway. Our room was quiet enough. They had a great Breakfast deal and a nice view from the dining room.

We had a wonderful holiday stay. Our Room very comfortable and very clean. the bathroom was a little small but it served its purpose. Everybody was so friendly, we had our christmas day dinner at Austin's, the food and service was WONDERFUL!!!! with the inviting decorations all over the grounds as well as the calming musical entertainment ...

enjoyed every minute of it, beautiful landscaping. Our room was charming, especially with the fireplace. The food at the restaurant was excellent, our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. everyone was very helpful throughout our stay. we will be back perfect weekend escape!

the ocean view/the gardens/the food/ the history/the staff/ the packages are well priced and enjoyable. the Arts and Crafts lobby and dinning area were beautiful! The Temperpetic beds were very confortable

We had 6:30 pm reservations. Arrived on time only to be told that they were running behind by an hour, ONE hour. We ended up in the lounge, with a "lost" order ticket and no dessert. We will NOT be going back. Which is sad, because we had gone at least twice a year for the last 10 years.
