Great location, nice small private beach, historic building, in the heart of town.
NO ac, small rooms, NOISY!!!! No ac, you must open a window, not a good idea. The noise never ends. No sleep, uncomfortable small bed, pay to park ($10.00 per night) little continental breakfast.
Maybe the rooms that cost more that face the ocean are bigger and quieter.

We stayed at the Hotel Laguna for one night wanting a relaxing getaway that's on the beach but within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, etc. While the location is good, the hotel for the price is terrible. It was amazing! I had a blast! The only thing i would say needs a tad bit of help is the cleanliness! Other than that it was our best vacation ever! Great for families and friends!
