Stayed at the hotel for conference in both 2006 and 2007.
The location is excellent, close to convention center, Gas Lamp Quarter, marina and Stadium. Service is great and the breakfast is excellent. If you want you can walk to Balboa park in 20 minutes.

This is a great hotel. The staff friendly and helpful. The hotel clean and shiny. The location is great - variety close by to walk to. The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them

I went here here for a convention with other ladies and really wished my husband would have come. It was the most beautiful place I have ever seen. We had the Marina view and it was just awesome! Located in the heart of it all, what a great memory!

Just had a two night vacation stay in a bay view room on the 23rd floor of the north tower. The room was absolutely superb. The bed was comfortable (they had one of those mattress toppers which made it soft), the room was clean and modern. The staff was courteous
and helpful. Parking is $20 per day for self parking and I belive $25 for valet. ...

I find it peculiar that a world-class establishment does not offer free-shuttle service to and from the airport where others do. It's very discouraging to a travler.

We had a spectacular view! We were on the 25th floor with a walk out balcony overlooking the bay. If you are staying in San Diego, this is the room to ask for. The staff was very helpful in coordinating our departure from the hotel Marriott in Del Mar to the Hotel Marina. We were given an early check in so we were never displaced. I can truly recommend this Marriott.
