Let me say first that the front desk clerk was very pleasant and accomodating!! She was very nice. I think her name was Carole. Too many problems with the rooms! The first room we checked into was a junior suite. Carpets were Filthy--stains all over! Outdated furniture, old and chipped.Walls were dirty. Bedspreads were old. Furniture had stains! ...

The photographs on the website is a joke, the airplaine is not even up for a full year. looks can be deceiving, and the internet service is not even up till par. I had to change rooms 3 times. Was not even worth the time and my money, and the experience was not even fun. no I will not recommend this hotel to nobody

While the people were accommodating.....the hotel has paper thing windows and sits on the freeway. Bring earplugs and you should be ok.

I felt like I was sleeping on the freeway. very noisey. Nice people, but did not sleep a wink.

The location is right next to I-80 and so one advantage is it's easy to get to and easy to get out and back on the road. The room that I had was facing Future Ford towards Madison Avenue and I could see I-80 to the right. But the rooms are well insulated and I slept well. The people were most friendly and accommodating. This is not your typical Holiday Inn...very high end.

The parking was free, and you can get a free continental breakfast if you sign up for a priority club card. also had free high speed internet.

This hotel, is clean, attractive, has very friendly and help full staff, and lots of amenitys. It is close to many activities and attractions in the Sacramento area. My only complaint is the rooms are so small. Would I stay there again, yes and do when every I need to being the Sacramento area. Yes I recommend it to friends and family.

as a business traveller, this place goes the extra distance to ensure I had everything I needed. I do alot of traveling with H.P. and would recommend using this hotel when in Sacramento or Roseville.

The chef at the hotel was exceptional and I certainly recommend the New York Steak - excellent!

Not your typical Holiday Inn. Very open and beautiful lobby with waterfalls. The people make you feel at home.

The lounge is 5 star and the food....I think it's called Aces restaurant.......was better than any hotel food experienced. I travel alot.
