the place stinks and its just been redone. the staff stole some coin change from room one day, food another and my shampoo on the last day there. was going to stay another 2 nights but was afraid they take my clothes. beggers outside in the parking lot. food was over priced, small portions and unfit to eat. the view was nice however. i was in the inside rooms section. the internet never worked

smelly, filty rooms, and a lousy restaurant. The Koreans have ruined it.
Not one (1) person in the restaurant could speak fluent English!

service was wonderful and rooms clean, close to airport and shopping and free shuttle to port. Breakfast and dinner in hotel also a great price.

The small smelly rooms are nothing compared to the homless and gangbanger types that frequnt the area. We stayed in the outside maotel area and were constantly awakened by loud music and sirens . No way would i ever put my family in this place again. One word of advice:" Carry protection or find another hotel"

The rooms smell bad. The carpets are rotten. TV sets are "antiques".
I won't tell you about the noise of the elevator cage ....
Food and drinks are extremely expensive though breakfast omelette was not that bad, let me assure you!The coffee was not freshly brewed: no aroma!
The silverware I had to use was in real bad shape and condition.
The courtesy of the personnnel is practically inexistant.

This hotel was clean and quiet, mainly because of being newly remodeled? We enjoyed out stay here. The staff was very courtious and helpful. The restruant on the penthouse floor has excellent food and a wonderful view. They even added new padio door jams to make sure the the stay is quiet, because of the close proxemity of the airport. We didn't loose a wink of sleep. Wonderful place and look forward to returning. Good job!!!!!

The hotel rooms in the main tower, were small and dirty. The rooms are almost triangular shaped (to facilitate the round tower). You must step into the bathroom completely in order to close the door because there is only 2 inches of clearance between door and toilet.
