since the begining of this year, heritage inn is going through many changes. All new management is in the hotel as well as a new willing owner to help. All previous reviewers are welcome to back and review our improving hotel once again.

Heritage Inn Offered a comfortable stay..employees are very willing to help and rates are reasonable. they offer this great new style of breakfast. i will return on my next trip great location shopping is near by. Dont believe wat you previously read price was negotiable due to number of nights stayed.

Made a reservation through Hotel Plus on June 2 for a visit starting June 14, 2008. Got a confirmation number. When I arrived at the hotel they had the reservation but at a higher rate then when I made the reservation.

If you intend to stay at this hotel, do not count on any "extras". Costs are cut so you will not find basic things like a morning paper, iron and ironing board, one towel apiece (with hand towel and wash cloth), three day old danishes for the "free" continental breakfast (as well as one kind of cereal and one kind of muffin). ...

The place was clean and a good deal. However, the next morning, my boyfriend and I both had to take cold showers because there was no hot water.

The staff is quite friendly. That is the only good thing I have to say. The bed was hard as a rock, there were ants on the bedspread and the room stank of stale smoke.

This is the only hotel close to the Palm/Imperial industrial complex, and was clean & quiet. The staff were accomodating for extras, such as an iron and ironing board and extra pillows. The continental breakfast could use more choices however, selections were limited.
