The front desk personel were rude and just ignored us while talking on the phone. The Location is great within walking distance to many restaraunts. Also the landscaping and yard were very well kept. This was a great Hotel! We booked a group with the Sales Manager and got a really good deal! Our stay was very relaxing, we went swimming in the heated pool, and the breakfast has "make your own waffles"! The staff was friendly, and our keys and rooms were ready when we checked in ( and we early). This Hotel has everything within walking distance, and it has just been updated, way nice, great price.

First time in Sacramento and I was there to visit a sick friend. Being an older lady traveling alone, I wanted safety, cleanliness and comfort. Everything was just right. I got in late in the evening and there was coffee and cookies in the lobby and Internet access!
The room felt like a mini-suite having queensize bed, refrig, microwave, coffeemaker and a couch. Yes, breakfast is
a real treat.

I liked the grounds they were very well kept and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

I was pleased with the value. I felt safe and comfortable here.
