My car was broken into at 6:00 AM on Sunday. Someone who witnessed it from their room called the front desk and it took them 20 minutes to show up. A guy at the front desk said there were 3 car break in during the past year and for some reason they still had not installed cameras in the parking lot. They offered me nothing to compensate for my loss. Stolen golf clubs and camera, $1,400., not even a free night.

we were there as evacuees from the fires. The staff was very gracious and accomodating. Many of us were very stressed due to the situation and I know it must have been difficult for the staff as well. Thank you!

The first time, I loved it, because the room was spacious with two TVs, three sinks!!! That's the regular room, by the way.
The second time, i didn't hesitate to go there again... and I didn't regret it. Everyone was helpful... they tried to make my stay so pleasant beyond my expectations. The fromt desk helped me with my boarding ...

We have been enjoying this hotel for many years and continue to go back every year.
