Will Stay Here Again On Next Visit!!I loved that the hotel wasn't too big and the location was great. There were so many shopping, eating options in the immediate area that you could walk to. While I was only there for the weekend, the weather was beautiful and clear. The staff was very helpful and approachable.

Worst hotel everMy university made and paid for reservations 4 months ahead of time. When we arrived, our rooms were not available and the desk clerk was very rude. The rooms were small, dark and not very clean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. One positive point, was that it was convenient to our workshop location. A Quality HotelConvenient location if you're staying over in the East Bay area (Oakland, Berkley, Richmond) but also easy to get to the Bay Bridge, friendly staff, my room was clean and had everything I needed and more (great shower head) and a modest (but still tasty) breakfast buffet. Highly recommendedIt is so difficult to find courteous people in the service industry anymore. Nobody seems to take pride in their work. I found this to be just the opposite at the Four Points Sheraton. Every single employee was friendly and very helpful.

First Time in the Big CityThe entire staff was great, except for the front desk staff. Room service was superb, but dishes need to be picked up quicker. Super quiet, even with heavy traffic. Looks fine first, quite disappointed on their service.I stayed in this hotel after I've moved out of my house which I have stayed for a year and was waiting for return home. This hotel provides a cheap price on every Saturday and seems fine during the night. Clean. If you do not care about the noise in the morning coming through windows from the pool and cars passing by.

Good for business travelHotel is standard fare for travelers. Stayed there M-F for the months of May/June. Staff was very friendly but the rooms are just ok. Free internet was good for business travel.
Biggest complaint is the limited selection for room service and the restaurant in general. But plenty of great places to eat close by.
