We were eaten alive by bed bugs

The staff was polite, the room a good size with refrigerator and microwave. Great location. Only trouble was that we left covered with bed bug bites. Staff didn't believe us when we called them back. He said my husband had already called to complain and he had the exterminator out, who found nothing. Trouble is that wasn't my husband ...

We will never go back to this motel

Service was downright rude, did not get AAA rate despite being a AAA member, toilet only flushed when it felt like it, the bed was very old and uncomfortable, high-speed wireless internet was slower than snail-mail.

Ideal place to stay

Perfect base for exploring the area. Easy to find first of all and handy for noth getting into downtown Monterey, Pacific Grove or heading to Carmel and 17 mile drive.
Room clean, comfortable with fridge. Breakfast also good.
Would stay again, no question.

The staff was friendly. Also the rooms were clean and very large perfect for travel. All the rooms had a microwave and refrigerator. Also location is the best and within walking distance to Del Monte Shopping Center. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a very quiet and friendly motel. The rooms were very clean and large and the microwave and refrigerators in the room were very helpful. Great location and definitely would stay there again.

According to some sites..........but not the main Lodge site..........this place is supposed to have an indoor pool and refrigerators in the room. There is neither. There is only the basic door lock on the door.........so not very secure if someone got a key card. other than that..........very average motel. The only high point is that it is ...
