Worst experience of my life.I would not recommend this place. I am a Diamond member of Best Western Crown Club and found this place to have horrible customer service. The room I was given was not what I usually order, but I was told that the 800 number for Best Western always messed up and they wouldn't give me what I wanted even if I had the confirmation page. Comfortable and functional with one minor issue.The only problem I had was that the cleaning staff apparently sprays some sort of room deodorant when they make up the room. I opened a back window and the front door to try to clear out the odor but that didn't work. I don't like perfumes - they're way overrated.
