We had arrived in LAX at around 10:30 am and called the hotel to see if we could check in early. They said it was okay and they did have a room ready. The pavilions are very close to disneyland and thus very worth it. however to go to universal studios or hollywood, you better get a tour because otherwise very difficult to travel by bus. room was quite clean but hated the odour of the detergent they use. close to some good restaurants too.

When we seen the pictures on the Internet, we were kinda nervouse. When we got there, it was much diffrent than what we expected. Very clean room, everything worked, and good location. The staff was friendly and we watched the fireworks from disney every night. Overall a good hotel and worth the price! We would stay there again:)

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff at the front desk were lovely and were always keen to help us and give us advice. We are from Australia and this was our first overseas trip and we loved it!! The location is great (just a short walk through the carpark). Rooms were really clean and had everything we needed.
Hope to go back again one day!!

We will never stay here again. Upon arriving, our toilet backed up and the maintanence man took forever to fix it. On returning to our room on the second night, our door was busted open. Thankfully nothing was stolen. We were moved to another room. The Denny's next door was a hole. The pool looked dirty and was really small. Never again.

Good service is hard to come by in general in Southern California. This hotel didn't give us the king size bed we asked for. Instead we got 2 queen sized.
