At chain hotels the staff can make all the difference. The young man who checked me in took the time to make sure I got the best room he had and gave me good advice on where to eat in town.

It was clear he cared about his job and that made my stay great.

The room was recently renovated and very clean. Free DSL access. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located near a tavern and dance hall, so the neighbors were noisy until late at night. Room-to-room sound insulation was poor. We could hear other peoples' television and their conversation all too well. Overall, no worse than many places we've stayed and a very good value for the money.
