We had a wonderful stay.The room was clean and neat with comfortable beds. A nice balcony with a limited view of the lake. A good sized well maintained pool overlooking the lake. Service was very profesional and frindly. Close to restaurants and shopping. We were there for three nigghts and wished that we had more days to be there.OVERALL

Great customer service!Our room was exactly as represented with a partial lake view. It was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff was very friendly, efficient, and immediately attentive to our needs. The food in the restaurant/bar was good as was the service. Overall, we were impressed.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEThe location and rooms were nice. The service was terrible! We checked in rather late and was charged a no show fee. 10 days later and I am still trying to get that credit.
I also left an item in the room and it took 7 calls and 3 messages before lucking up and finally getting someone to answer my call. The front desk manager did not even return my call!

Don't waste your time- awful on every levelAmenities: No indoor pool; nothing to do in the cooler season.
Room quality: brick-like bed and pillows caused a trip to the doctor for a pinched nerve in my neck.

We will not stay here againIn our room, there was food in the floor and slime on the alarm clock. The toilet did not flush and the sink did not drain. The front desk did send a maintenance man to fix the problems, and he did fix them. The blankets and comforters were old and worn; however, the sheets were clean. I will never go backThey are not very clean rooms. One of the beds had soil on them and smell horrible. it seems like none of the maids wanted to clean the soil that was left to them by the past guest. So they decided just to put the covers on top of it and called it a day. Hotel seem like party central at the lake.
