After looking all day for an affordable clean room, we finally came upon this place, they only had 1 room left, and it was a smoking room, we decided to take after my husband told the mangager we didnt like the smell, he offered some lysol, it worked for a lil bit. The beds were ok kinda hard but ok! The noise was AWFUL, you could hear water ...

Location was good you're in between the downtown and racetrack.. It's kinda noisy during the nite since you're on the main strip of the town but it was okay. Nice mini fridge and microwave (don't have that in many hotels) but all in all we enjoyed ourselfs...

The loaction is not great as in noise, but i liked it because its close to downtown Hot Springs and oaklawn racetrack, noise is not as bad as i thought, overall it was a good experience
