I reserved a Suite three weeks in advance but when I showed up I was told it would not be ready for another day so I was given a two bed room. The next day I am informed I will not have a Suite my entire stay. Totally unclassy and unprofessional. The only way I enjoyed my stay was with my companion I shared the room with. Other than that the entire stay was a waste.
