Loved it all! When service is paid for and received, it is good. At the regency, their services are exceptional and their goal to give satisfaction to every customer is awesome.

This hotel is central to everything. Overall, it is a nice hotel, with good service. It was clean, but not spotless, and it was a bit pricey. I'd stay again.

Easy access to freeway, lots of nearby eating establishments, located close to the main sports facilities. Superior service, great ambiance and a spectacular view while dining in the Compos restaurant...

Service Excellent Room was comfortable location was very convenient. The staff were all very happy and caring they came to our needs and the view of downtown phoenix was awsome.

It was beautiful. A great price for all the ammenities. I would go back everytime. The service was quick and friendly. Rooms were space and clean.

This is the best location in Phoenix to see the museums, shows, sports, and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance and the Top Floor Rotating Restaurant is fantastic. Not only do you get the best perspective of the city, the food is fantastic as well.

This is was a wonderful experience. Room serivce was readily available. It was such a beautiful resort. The view was of downtown phoenix, and it was amazing.

inexpensive hotel in the heart of downtown phoenix. with good rooms and a good pool. within walking distance from convention center. The front desk wasnt very frienly.

The only thing the Hyatt Regency Phoenix has going for it is the location; it is a good, not great, place to stay if you have to make a quick overnight business trip to Phoenix, otherwise make the trip to Scottsdale, or if you must stay proximate to downtown, check in at the Biltmore.
