Lon's has an excellent chef and food is quite good. Service is a bit spotty. Maybe to few servers when busy?

The Hermosa Inn was a beautiful, quiet place to experience Scottsdale, AZ. It is a no frills hotel, which adds to its attractiveness. The food at Lon's was bland and not cooked to order. The wait staff was not pleased that we wanted the pork tenderloin cooked to order, medium well. The food was presented as the chef suggested, medium. Additionally, the monkfish was tasteless, having to add salt at the table.

I had heard good things about the Hermosa Inn. So I decided to stay for a few days. I was very disappointed. All the staff does is stands around bad-mouthing the other employee's. I hope they don't gossip about the guest that way. I feel that they do.

We did not enjoy our stay. We did not get good service. Our room was dirty and had maintence problems. We had no bellboy to carry our luggage. There was dirty dishes sitting near the rooms. We did not have enough towel, robes and no hair dryer was provided. I think the Hermosa Inn needs new management.

I LOVE THE COUNTRY APMOSPHERE AT THE HERMOSA INN. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. ALL THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. WE HAD A MAINTENCE PROBLEM IN OUR ROOM. OUR HOT WATER HEATER WENT OUT. JOE STEEL WAS CALLED IN. HE HAD IT FIXED IN NO TIME. JOE IS A VERY HARDWORKER. I COULD TELL THAT HE REALLY LOVES HIS JOB. HE CARES ABOUT THE GUEST THAT STAYS THERE. I HOPE TO SEE JOE AGAIN ON MY NEXT VISIT.

I ENJOYED STAYING AT THE HERMOSA INN VERY MUCH. EVERYONE WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THERE IS ONE PERSON WHO STOOD OUT THE MOST. HIS NAME IS JOE STEEL HE WORKS IN MAINTENCE. HE HELPED US CARRY OUR LUGGAGE TO OUR ROOM. HE LATER CAME BACK AND LITE OUR FIREPLACE. BECAUSE OF HIS PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND KINDNESS WE FELT CARE ABOUT. I HOPE YOU KNOW WHAT A GREAT PERSON THAT YOU HAVE ON YOUR TEAM.

We goto the Hermosa Inn every summer for a weekend of relaxation and with the discounted summer prices, it is an amazing bargain. We had a huge casita all to ourselves, a massage in our room, a quite swimming pool with fresh towels and water provided and anything we wanted was provided at a moment's notice. It's a place to feel special.

We stayed in the larger one bedroom suite that had a complete galley kitchen, nothing fancy, but it had everything that we needed in order to have food on hand, and to be able to cook meals when we didn't want to go out.
