The staff was as friendly as you will find and always willing to help. They were great in providing directions to tourist sites and places to eat. And, the morning breakfast buffet was a great bonus so we did not have to get up each morning and start looking for a place to eat. Everything about the hotel was perfect however did want to say a couple of things. The hotel is near the airport and a bit of a drive to town, that said GREAT transport staff, anytime/anywhere was never a problem. The airport --- great for us as we stay here twice over a two week period and were in and out of the airport a number of times. Oh Boy, ...

I paid in cash.

So I had to leave a 100.00 deposit.

That was not cool, because, I only brought over a little bit of cash for just a 2 day stay in juneau.

So once I left my deposit, I couldn't do much of anything.

Not cool.
