I had a very pleasant experience with this Embassy Suites hotel (as I tend to do with this chain) and I can't wait to go back again! The only thing I hope would be better are the drinks for the Manager's Reception. They weren't the best drinks, which I believe was the bartender's inexperience.

We are a family of 4. Mom, Dad, 3 year old handicapped daughter, and 1 year old son. Everything seemed okay when we got our room. Location was nice and room appeared okay. Bathroom barely accommodates 1, lots and lots of towels though. Housekeeper walked into room at 0900 in spite of the sign hanging on the door. Embarrassing at the least.

The atrium at first appears like all the other Embassy Suites I've seen. However, it is full of ramps and steps and there are puddles of water everywhere!

Nothing for families at this hotel. Also complained to Mobil Guide because they say this is a family place. Not at all. Golf, Drinking and Police activity is all we saw

Only good thing at this hotel was Anthony at the front desk -- professional and dignified. The rest of the staff and especially the management were unhelpful and even argumentative. I love the employees at embassy. They are always willing to help. The Bar tender Ray is Outstanding and one of the Chefs there, Stacey, is always checking on things and making sure all is well with customers.

Our room was spotless and comfortable. The pull-out was even super clean and plush. The indoor pool is out of service and the outdoor pool is small but clean. However, at 1am there was still a very loud party on my floor. I had to call the service desk a couple of times before anyone came up to check. I had a meeting the next morning and I was wiped out!

Great full service hotel, the nicest Embassy Suites I've ever stayed in. Sunday buffet was excellent. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Atrium is beautiful, especially the large pond with coy fish. We will absolutely be back!
