the staff were so friendly,rooms clean ,breakfast lovely.made me feel i was at home.the free wireless internet,swimming pool,gym and free coffee made it a cosy place
to chill out at after businness.

We had 30 pills stolen from our perscription in our bathroom at the hotel. What kind of service is that??!! The front staff were very friendly but not very receptive, we had a question and waited four days before the manager even bothered to try and reach us. Cheerios all over the floor behind the drawers and noisy teenagers throwing a party in the rooms beside us, no one bother to check id??

I loved that everything was new and extrremely clean. I always stay at very high priced hotels and priced ridiculous bills. I have found a new vacation area and I will always say at the Hampton inn Bow St.
