Shady and RudeAs others stated, we were required to argue to remove the safe charge from our room. They also billed both the card that i made my reservation with and the card that I presented at check in. This has been rectified.

Excellent HotelStayed two nights recently. Quiet, clean, great breakfast, super staff, etc. Would stay their again, anytime. The fellow who complained about the safe charge must not stay in hotels too often. Many hotels do the same thing, one just needs to have them take the safe charge off the bill.3 of 3 Yahoo! Never Again!!!This was hands down the worst motel I have ever stayed at in my entire life! The room stunk like mold and the front desk staff was rude and not qualified to flip burgers down the street. Shady business practicesLike one other customer that commented, I think the business practices of this hotel are shady. When you check in, you are asked to initial a couple places and sign to check in. If you don't pay attention and read what your initialing, you can get an extra charge. the WORST customer service I have EVER encounteredI stayed at this hotel for approximately 5 to 6 days a month on business and really just used the bed and not much more. great place to stayI used the internet to find this place so I feel I need to write a review. First, I absolutely love Duluth, MN it's such a great place to visit.

Great Location...Great Breakfast!!!This hotel is really easy to find, right off the interstate, and only minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city of Duluth. It has a great breakfast!... with waffles, toast, cereal, coffee, cappuccino and much more!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Duluth area. The only downfall I would say is that the kleenex and toilet paper were almost like cardboard... you may want to bring your own!!!2 of 2 Yahoo!
