The hotel was great the staff was helpful when tring to plan where to go. The mall was located jus outside the hotel which made shoppong a breeze. I think i will stay here again when i come back to atl.

Everything at this Hotel was perfect. The staff was nice and friendly. The food there was a little pricey, but overall Great Hotel and would come back again.

This hotel is horrible, I stayed 4 nights and 5 days and got bed bug bites all over my body. This hotel did not provide the level of service I expected a Sheraton Hotel would. I was promised a phone call from a worker there but never did. Travelocity or any other travel site should not endorse or recommend this hotel. What kind of hotel ignores this kind of thing, its ridiculous.

I was down in Altanta for the coffee fest..Hotel was across the street from the Cobb center..Stayed four nights..It was comfortable and quiet..One point needs inprovment is the dining..Food and price..Would go there again.

We stayed in a suite....one room with two queen size beds and a living area type room with a pull out couch. There were four of us. I was there for ten days and it was great!!!! I'll definitely go back if ever I'm in the ATL. The front desk attendants were professional and courteous. The hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants, malls, and local stores. My only complaint is the expensive food/room service -$17 for a mediocre breakfast!!! But who needs room service ...

the amenties and friendly workers will always keep me coming back. The rooms are very spacious and well accomodating, the swimming indoor and out pools makes it enjoyable winter or summer. Great!!!!!
