Rooms clean first year-dissatisfied the past three years. Price too high and points never awarded.

After 8 years of repeat bookings, I have witnessed a dramatic transformation here in the last three years. The facility is first class and very clean. However, the attitudes of Management, Maintenance and others are anything but first class and certainly not focused on friendliness and customer service. For some reason there is to much negativity. Time to move on. There are other Best Westerns around.

I ONLY STAYED 1 NIGHT AND I HAD A HONEYMOON SUITE AND THE BED WAS AWFUL I COULD FEEL THE SPRINGS POP UP IN THE BED, I TOSSED AND TURNED ALL NIGHT, FOR $155.00 I WILL FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER.
