We had a death in the family, got a special group rate that allowed more family to attend.

This was our 5th time staying at this hotel. We've always had great service and clean comfortable rooms. The rooms are furnished very nicely.
Most have apartment sized refrigerator and microwave.

Free Breakfast Buffet which was very nicely done, ...

I have very little expectations and they did not meet even them! Let me tell you what was wrong.
1, Hot tub was cold. When I stopped by the desk to report it, he brushed me off, when i stopped back hours later he did not know. When my s/o called the desk about it he was told it worked. (Still did not heat up.)
2. Bathroom door did not close ...
