Staff are friendly and always smiling. The room is clean as well as the beddings. My son enjoyed the waffle at breakfast. The location is very convenient to Discovery Park/Six Flags. Except from the pool which needs clean water, overall stay was ok.

This is the second time I've stayed there, the only reason I went back there this time was because Yahoo travel website says there is a fitness center at this hotel. There isn't one. The staff very rudely told me that when I asked about it. The room was dingy and stained. The hall leading to the non smoking rooms smelled of smoke and beer. ...

I was frankly disgusted to find nail clippings on the floor on both sides of nightside table. We stayed two nights and no vacuuming was done there. Obviously a vacuum cannot reach there, but no attempts was made to use the attachment. I asked for an extra towel and because my kids used two at the pool the evening before and the cleaning lady said ...

We asked to see the room before we checked in because the outside was in need of paint and there were no cars - we were skeptical. The room he showed up was a little dingy, but acceptable. THEN we checked in and he tells us OUR room is down some corridor - he'd done a bait and switch! The hallway was lined with housekeeping carts and smelled ...

the staff was incredibly unhelpful, had no iron in the room and when i asked for one, they said they would bring me one, never did, my rate was not given, had booked the rate for 87.55 and even showed my confirmation, but the owner was not working in my behalf, was insisting that it was a mistake, unbelievable.

what a dump this place was .. comfort for a pig stye. . .my room was not even made up when i got in, and when i asked for a room change, they said they had no more! how the hell could that even be happening to a customer ... i was so angry ... i was basically sleeping in a room that was already used ... terrible

We had king size rooms on the ends of the hallway, so it was nice and quiet. The rooms were spacious with refrigerators and microwaves. Brreakfast consisted of cereal and some pastries with juice or coffee. Pool wasn't operational at the time and hadn't been for about three months. Just a few blocks down were many restaurants and shopping available.
