This is a great hotel for short visits. It is clean, staff really helpful and friendly, great restaurants, excellent location. We really enjoyed this hotel - and everything went smoothly. We were especially surprised at the staff's helpfulness.

The standard of service and the room quality at the Hyatt Regency Xian approximates that of an average roadside motel in Bakersfield. Although the lobby is clean and fairly elegant, the rooms are run down, shabby, lack furniture (such as chairs) and simple things such as lights simply do not work.
