All the staff was very friendly and responsive. Everything was clean and in working order. Complimentary hot tea and coffee was provided outside the 1st floor elevator. Breakfast was good. Hotel didn't nickel and dime. Bus stop close to hotel for transportation into the city. Highly recommend!!!

I stayed here with my family to see a Broadway show. This location is very close to NYC either by driving or by taking the transit bus that picks up right next to the hotel and drops you off right by Times Square.
