The Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa, Wailea, HI, is a must see for any visitor to Maui. I stayed there for 14 days.
The views are beautiful; there are many different pools and depth of water for all ages. Located is on the water with a beautiful circular design, it gives you privacy and luxury at the same time.
The Grand Wailea is an great family destination. Beautiful Hotel and grounds. Family pools is loads of fun for the kids. By far the best part of our stay was the Spa.
Spa Grande was the most fabulous experience of our trip and I HIGHLY recommend trying a spa package. WONDERFUL!

King Deluxe Ocean View Room in Wailea Wing 9th Floor. Romantic Interlude Spa for 3.5 hours. Week of Thanksgiving 2006
Pros: Spa! Spa! Spa! And I am a Man. Was doubtful of the whole thing until we (wife and I) went. I don't think my skin has been this soft since birth nor have my muscles been this UN-stiff since sleep as a baby. View from ...

Most relaxing vacation ever
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/05/06
The service was excellent. All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful.
Our room was better than expected.
The restaurants, bars, and pools were excellent and provided enough variety that we weren't bored by the food or by the lack of activities.
We will definitely be returning!

Not worth it in the Napua Towers
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/03/06
Arrived to find no one available to take our bags. Did it ourselves. They parked our car in the $15/night lot without advising us that we could park in the lot to the right for free with our room key. We stayed in the Napua Towers ($998/nite) from Oct 20-25th 2006. The exclusive gate did not lock. There were many people not staying there ...

The Grand Wailea is a big property. We stayed here September 25-28, 2006.
We liked the twice daily maid service...Once in the morning, then again at night (which is the turn down service and the replenishing of towels).
We had the Mountain View room which overlooked the Four Seasons. We also had a view of the construction of townhomes on ...
