This hotel is amazing!!! one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. Just one step inside the lobby and you will be hooked. Take a tour through the pools and you'll never want to leave. Service is great. Smells like heaven. Food is wonderfully yet a bit overpriced... but the pool side club sandwhich and kalua colada are tdf!!!

This hotel has it all. Wonderful food, pools, and rooms where each suite has a fabulous view!Also you could simply stay at the hotel for the whole time you were there! Kids would go to the pool, I would go to the spa, and my husband would go golfing. They have the best pool in the world! An elavator, restaurant, bar, tunnel, talking parrots, tide ...

I'm going back to the Grand Wailea in a couple of months, my second time there. The pools are unbelievably fun, the ocean is unbelievably warm, and the hotel is unbelievably nice! Keep in mind, however, that it is also UNBELIEVABLY expensive. Cheeseburgers at the pool cost $15! This hotel is made for luxury vacations, so save up your money!

Been to GW twice. Once in 2001 then last year, 2006, for another trip. We love the place. We love it so much we joined so we can keep going back. The last time we were there they were starting to renovate some rooms which it needed but what hotel in Maui doesn't. I love everything about the GW. We are going back in 2009 then every two years after that. You have to love the pool area.

I expected a lot going to the Grand Wailea. We stayed at the Hyatt on Kaanapali Beach for our honeymoon in 1999 and loved it. I don't know if that resort is still as great as I remember it, but if it is then the Hyatt has it all over this resort. While the pools are great (so are the Hyatt's), the rooms are not. We stayed in room 3056 ...

I spent two weeks in Maui and stayed at the Grand Wailea. It was the most beautiful place I had ever seen and the hotel service was impeccable. It's a great place for a honeymoon!

This place is huge and you could get lost. What a site with the beautiful waterfalls at the entrance. Definately recommend the valet service, parking is hard to find in the garage. Stop at the Safeway for snacks and beverages because the hotel does charge quite a bit. The pools are awesome with beautiful gardens in the courtyard. This place is great for families with children or even romantic getaways.The juice in the lobby is great!Loved it!!

i love this place but the service could use some work and it is dirty i would not recomen this place for large parties either especially in the sumer!

I stayed for 10 days at the Grand Wailea, and
I believe it is the very nicest place to stay in all of Hawaii and my most favoriate Hotel. Service, Beauty, Pools, Location, Fantastic Rooms. Its very expensive, wish I could afford to stay more often. But if you can, its well worth it.
