My family and I love this hotel! They make you feel welcomed, everytime. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Love it.

The Brent is a wonderful place to stay. Every experience I have encountered at the Brent House have been great, no problems whatsoever with the bellman, housekeeping, front desk just a wonderful experience and Yes, I will be staying at the Brent House again. P.S. Not to mention the waterfall at the end of the walkway it is so beaufiful, My mom love taking family pictures right there.

We had a miserable experience at this hotel. If you are a smoker, I wouldn't stay in this hotel. We are smokers and we went out to the smoking area every time we wanted to smoke. On the day of my sons surgery, they put a cover over our doorknob and left a note that said we smoked in the room and they would be charging us a fee of $195 to clean ...

they need to buy upgrade on mattress.rooms are fairly clean,great location if you have a docors appt. staff is very helpful &
friendly. bellman is always happy
