Stayed here in 1997, the place was too hot, there was a power cut in the middle of the night, with a resident lady screaming for help but not letting people into the room, even when police arrived.
Room had roaches in it, and on the second night of stay, a rat jumped out of my luggage.

not a nice place at all.
