They put us in the worst rooms in the place. The building has to be 50 years old and the rooms (2) were no bigger than our rooms on the cruise ship. The carpet was dirty. The shower was disgusting. In a hotel I can only describe as seedy, to be swindled out of money is just beyond the imagination. Perhaps if you are past retirement age you might get treated better. The old part was tiny--it made motel 8 look like a palace. Don't stay there. $140 for the smallest room I have ever seen. If it was 200 s.f. I would be shocked.
Stay away--horrible.

If I had to pick one thing about this place it would be SERVICE. From the top down, anytime we needed something we got it. While checking in early, we noticed a few pilots in the lobby. After speaking to them, they said that this is the place to stay. Pilots are very picky and a majority of them stay at the Puffin.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed!! They stuck us over in the getto building and wanted to charge us $120.00 per night! They show this nice clean building wich for 120 per night I expected to stay in only to have them put us in this dump. DONT STAY THERE!! We had to get down right angry with them for them to even lower there price. TOTAL FALCE ADVERTISING!!!
