There's nothing wrong with this hotel. The staff was fine and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It is a perfect location for going down town for the night. The parking is a little tight, but so are all parking garages.

I loved your beds and pillows. They were the most comfortable that I had ever slept in before at a hotel. I thought that the bedding was really some of the nicest I have ever seen in a hotel too.

The hotel has a shuttle bus that can take you to sites within 2 mile radius but only operates from 7am to 11.45am and 6pm to 10.45pm daily except Sunday when there is no service. I never stayed at hotel before where your rooms are not cleaned promtly in the am. They were cleaning our rooms at 3 or 4pm.
