I ordered an order of buffalo wings and a drink from the bar. The service provided was excellent but, when it came to dessert I ordered a warm apple crip....I took one bite of the garnishment which was a sliced strawberry over whiped cream and it tasted like someone had sliced it with an onion. Can you say YUCK! I will never suggest that dessert for anyone even onion lovers.

Older hotel that has been updated nicely. Warm, inviting woods and colors, only a small refrigerator in rooms, no longer have microwave ovens.

Liked the customer service, received a $50 reduction and was offered a free night. Customer service is always great at Embassy Suites but for this particular stay it did not outweigh the remodeling.
