All new decor, bedding and amenities. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Fitness room was new with nice selection of equipment and squeaky clean. Food was great and service impeccable. Would stay here from now on whenever traveling through Columbia. Zoo entrance is literally a few hundred feet from the hotel. Easy on/off location to major highway.

Reservvations were terrible. It took 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone at midnight. I expected better service from a national chain.

The hotel isn't wowing, but didn't hit any major flaws. It seems to have been built at least 15 years ago, and could use some renovation, in particular with paint and flooring within the room. It had a bit of dark feel to it. The suite style was nice and would make it much more livable if a family or group of business persons were visiting ...

We recently stayed at this Embassy Suites on our way back from Hilton Head Island. It is very close to the zoo and other attractions. The hotel seems clean and has decent amenities for the price. However, it attracts a partying element that is noisy and disturbing all throughout the night. I heard laughter, screams in the middle of the night. ...

I was at the pool nonstop it was so much fun!! And when I first got the and walked into the lobby. I could'nt believe what I saw ,Because it was just so big it should go straight to a Five star Hotel. But that's just my opinion. Adios! Amigos!

I am a weekly business traveler to this location. I am an Honors Member and overall, I find the front desk staff to be less than friendly. I LIKE THE EMBASSY SUITES BECAUSE IT IS A VERY BEATIFUL HOTEL, THE SCENARY IS GORGEOUS, THE SERVICE IS EXELLENT I WAS CHECKED IN BY A GIRL NAMED ANNA AND SHE WAS SO HELPFUL AND SHE MADE ME FEEL LIKE SHE KNEW I WAS GOING TO ENJOY MY STAY WHICH I DID. THIS IS ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE WHEN LOOKING FOR A HOTEL. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Whenever I come to Columbia, this is the place I choose. The staff is efficient and extremely helpful and friendly. I have never had a complaint. The rooms are very clean. The free breakfast buffet and manager's reception are a wonderful addition to an already top notch hotel.
