I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THE ROOM WAS VERY INVITING. THE BATHROOM WAS SO SPACIOUS IT ALLOWED SEVERAL OF US TO GET READY AT THE SAME TIME. ALSO THE VIEWS WERE AMAZING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL..

The location was great. It was in the middle of every attraction we wanted to see. The service was friendly and hospitable. We couldnt have asked for a more beautiful atmosphere.

We stayed at the Swissotel on two different occasions. Both times we were impressed by every aspect of the hotel, especially the staff. Our last stay was for a wedding that took place at the hotel and was fabulous. The wedding coordinator and his staff did a wonderful job. We highly recommend the Chicago Swissotel.

I loved everything about the hotel. Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent service. Everytime we asked for something or had question, somebody would be on the phone or would be knocking at the door in 5 minutes. Afterwards, somebody would call to see if everything was taken cared of.

I spent 2 weeks there in May with my family. The hospitality far exceeds other places I have been. This is truely a very family welcome place to stay. Five stars in my book.

We visited Chicago on Memorial Day weekend. We reserved our room at least a month in advance at the Swissotel. We arrived at 2pm ..an hour before check in time.
