I mostly appreciated the atmosphere and the quality of the environment. The location was perfect and the people were extremely hospitable. It was a very comfortable hotel; the suites were clean, stacked with supplies, and equipped with an excellent view. The view is to die for!

I loved the Swissotel because it is very elegant and the service is exceptionally excellent! Also, during my stay I did happen to run into P. Diddy which was a huge surprise. It seems that even P. Diddy likes this place too seeing as he was staying there as well. The staff at the Swissotel definitely makes every guest feel just as important as the next. I would LOVE to stay at the Swissotel anyday.

I loved this fabulous place because I was treated like royalty even though I am a working class person. Well worth the money. I can't wait to come back and stay again. Love the calamari.

Just got back from my 1st business trip to Chicago and a stay at Swissotel. I must say this is a very impressive hotel. We arrived at 2 p.m. on a Monday afternoon and were immediately checked in. I went to the Swissotel for a convention and I must say the atmosphere was so, lifegiving. When I have a chance to acquire another suite anytime soon, the swissotel will be first on my to do list.

The location was great. It was in walking distance to a lot of sites. The rooms were clean and we had a great view of Lake Michigan. Would love to go again.

This was the best hotel. Room service was up to our room in minutes, actually, seconds! The location was a nice location and a beautiful one. The hotel was spic and spam, so clean! The value was great and there was something for everyone. This was the best. We can't wait to go back soon!
